1. Information We Collect
When you create an account or place an order, we collect your email address, name, shipping address, and order details (products, quantities, and order status). If you contact us through the site, we also store the name, email, and message you submit.
2. How Your Data Is Stored
Account, order, and contact data is stored securely with Supabase, our database and authentication provider. Access is restricted by row-level security so that customers can only view their own records, and administrative access is limited to authorized staff.
3. Sign-In with Google
If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile identifier from Google OAuth. We use this information solely to create and authenticate your account. We do not access any other data from your Google account.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by a third-party crypto gateway. We never see or store your wallet keys or full payment credentials — we receive only a payment confirmation and charge reference tied to your order.
5. We Do Not Sell Your Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Data is shared only with the service providers required to operate the store (hosting, database, and payment processing) and only to the extent necessary to fulfill your orders.
6. Your Rights & Contact
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or request deletion of your account and associated data. Send data requests to research@i9peps.com and we will respond within 30 days.
