1. Research Use Only

All products sold by i9 Peptides (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and scientific investigation by qualified professionals. They are expressly not intended or approved for human or veterinary consumption, clinical use, therapeutic application, or use as food, drugs, cosmetics, or medical devices of any kind.

By placing an order you represent and warrant that you are purchasing solely for legitimate, lawful research purposes; that you possess the necessary professional qualifications and facilities to handle research-grade chemical compounds safely; and that you accept full legal and ethical responsibility for the storage, handling, and use of all materials received.

2. No Medical or Health Claims

Nothing on this Site — including product names, descriptions, purity data, certificates of analysis, or any other content — constitutes medical, health, dietary, or professional advice of any kind, nor does it represent a claim of therapeutic benefit, efficacy, or suitability for any use in humans or animals. References to published scientific literature are provided for informational context only. i9 Peptides makes no representation that any product is safe, effective, or approved by any regulatory authority for any purpose.

3. Age Requirement & Buyer Responsibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from this Site. By completing a purchase you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

The buyer assumes sole and complete responsibility for compliance with all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws, statutes, regulations, and ordinances governing the purchase, importation, possession, storage, handling, use, and disposal of research compounds in their jurisdiction. i9 Peptides does not represent that the purchase or possession of any product is lawful in every jurisdiction. It is your obligation to determine legality before ordering.

4. Prohibition on Re-sale for Human Consumption

You agree not to re-sell, redistribute, or otherwise transfer any product purchased from i9 Peptides for the purpose of human or veterinary consumption, dietary supplementation, or any therapeutic, cosmetic, or food use. Any such re-sale or transfer is a material breach of these Terms and may subject the buyer to legal liability. i9 Peptides reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at its sole discretion if it has reason to believe that a purchase is intended for non-research purposes.

5. Payments, Refunds & Returns

Payments are processed via a non-custodial crypto gateway and settle on-chain. Because on-chain cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible, all sales are final and non-refundable once payment is confirmed on the blockchain, except where a product is demonstrably defective or an order was fulfilled incorrectly by i9 Peptides.

If you believe you received a defective or incorrect product, you must contact us at orders@i9peps.com within 7 days of confirmed delivery, providing your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photographic evidence. Verified claims will be resolved by replacement or store credit at our sole discretion. Due to the nature of research-grade compounds, opened or used products cannot be returned under any circumstances.

6. Shipping & Handling

i9 Peptides ships within the United States only unless expressly stated otherwise. A flat shipping and handling fee is applied at checkout. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of confirmed payment. Tracking information is provided by email once an order has shipped.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the buyer upon handoff to the carrier. i9 Peptides is not responsible for delays, damage, or losses attributable to the carrier, customs authorities, or events outside our reasonable control (force majeure). International buyers are solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and compliance with import regulations in their destination country.

7. Product Quality & Certificates of Analysis

Every batch is independently tested by a third-party laboratory, and a Certificate of Analysis (COA) confirming identity, purity, and batch number is available for each product. COA links are provided on product pages where available, and batch-specific COAs may be requested by contacting us. Purity specifications are those achieved at the time of testing; i9 Peptides makes no warranty as to the stability of any compound after delivery if storage instructions are not followed.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Products are provided “as is” for research purposes only. i9 Peptides expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. i9 Peptides shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or related to the purchase, handling, misuse, or use of any product outside a controlled laboratory setting, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

In no event shall i9 Peptides's aggregate liability to any buyer exceed the amount paid by that buyer for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, product descriptions, images, logos, graphics, and the i9 Peptides and ITEM 9 names and branding — is the exclusive property of i9 Peptides or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from this Site without prior written permission.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which i9 Peptides is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or any purchase from this Site shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration or, where arbitration is not available, in the courts of competent jurisdiction in that state. By using this Site you consent to personal jurisdiction in that forum.

11. Changes to These Terms

i9 Peptides reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site or placement of an order after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
